Halloumi friesHalloumi fries
Crisp on the outside, squeaky in the middle. Topped with mint yoghurt, sriracha and spring onion.
This is a real three-week menu from Wellesley Haddon Dene School, autumn term 2026. Every dish is cooked from scratch on site.
The kitchen that cooks this menu is strictly nut-free and sesame-free. No peanuts, tree nuts or sesame.
The free-from meal is prepared free of all 14 statutory allergens, with fresh fruit or fruit jelly as a free-from pudding every day.
Some pupils have needs beyond the 14, such as pea, kiwi or raw tomato. We manage those individually with parents and the office.
A few of the dishes our workplace canteens keep asking for.
