What your school gets

Fresh food, safe for every child, with nothing for you to manage.

We run the kitchen, the menus and the paperwork. You get meals pupils actually eat.

  1. Cooked in your kitchen

Our own chefs cook every meal on site from raw ingredients. Nothing arrives reheated.

  2. Built to the Standards

Every menu meets the School Food Standards and the Kent County Council Nutrition Guide, in portions sized for each age group.

  3. A free-from meal every day

One meal each day is prepared free of all 14 statutory allergens, with a free-from pudding. Nobody has to ask for it.

  4. Allergies checked before cooking

Parents declare allergens and the school confirms them before anything reaches the kitchen. Our chefs cook from a named serve list.

  5. Breakfast clubs and holiday camps

Start the day with a breakfast club, or keep pupils fed through the holidays. Add either to your plan.

  6. The handover, done for you

We draft the notice to your current caterer and take care of staff transfer under TUPE, suppliers, menus and compliance.

Parents book. The school confirms. We cook what is safe.

Parents book their child’s meals a week ahead from their phone. No passwords, no paper forms. Allergens are declared by parents and confirmed by the school before anything reaches the kitchen, and our chefs work from a named serve list for every child.

Our public promise: scratch cooked school meals at state school prices by September 2027.

We already run our school service very close to state catering budgets. We are closing the rest of the gap in the open, and sharing how we do it as we go.
